Polar H10 comes with the Polar Pro strap made of soft fabric. The strap is equipped with electrodes with improved sensitivity to make sure your heart rate is measured accurately and without interference. The material is comfortable to wear, and the silicone dots and the improved buckle keep the strap firmly in place. The whole device is waterproof so you can use it when swimming or training in a wet environment.

Free app to help you with training

Hook up your Polar H10 with Polar Beat, a free fitness and training app, and get accurate information about your heart rate directly on the display of your smartphone. Not a fan of exercising with a phone in your hand? The Polar H10 chest strap has a built-in memory, so you can import the infromation about your training to the Polar Beat app after you finish. Just set the app at the beginning of the training session and let it run.
