The reason is that the DVR pro will remove the earliest video automaticlly when your card is full. If the video is too long, maybe all the longest video will be removed. When you want to check some video especially some important time, you can not find anything there. Now you can turn to APP setting and choose 1min, 2mins or 3mins video.
